Our digital copywriters work daily in two main arenas:

  • Directly with our clients to develop engaging, SEO-optimized website copy that fits their brand and converts visitors to leads. This creative copy is used as part of major website builds and redesigns. Copywriters work within a website development hive focused on best practice web copy and website builds
  • With the rest of the Twenty Over Ten in-house marketing team to write highly-visible copy that promotes our own brand and generates leads. This includes copy for email marketing, blog posts, landing pages, social media, websites, and other digital marketing literature.

As a member of our digital marketing team, the digital copywriter plays a crucial role in executing our client’s website strategy, providing quality assurance for website and content production, and coordinating with clients. Therefore, the role requires strong communication skills, timeliness, attention to detail, and critical thinking to ensure accuracy and a high standard of quality for all deliverables. Most importantly, they will love conversing with our customers and leads, and evangelizing the Twenty Over Ten brand.

Responsibilities

  • Daily work includes writing, review, proofing, editing, and in some cases, publishing. In addition to scheduling and running conference calls with clients.
  • Tell a brand story, through creative, accurate and thoughtful website content.
  • Maintain quality relationships with clients.
  • Manage client feedback in an efficient manner and then deliver them a stellar website.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and the web developers and graphic designers to ensure the client's vision is appropriately captured.
  • Deliver appropriately focused communications and marketing copy to target clients’ key audiences.
  • Serve as an active team player, working closely with operations project managers, marketing, web developers and graphic designers.
  • Serve as an advocate for the Twenty Over Ten brand.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional copywriting experience a must
  • Be an ultimate team player that can collaborate with our marketing and management teams while also working independently
  • Tech savvy and a fast learner with the ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, digital media, journalism, English or related field
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Familiarity with commonly used style guides
  • Experience with web markup language and search engine optimization is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $45-50k, commensurate with experience
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with flexible schedule
  • 3 weeks vacation

  • $50 monthly credit for wellness
