Web Designer/Developer Arrow

Join a team of passionate designers to build modern, elegant website solutions for financial advisors using the Twenty Over Ten platform.

Responsibilities

As a lead creative designer at Twenty Over Ten you will collaborate remotely with a small team of creatives. You would be responsible for designing & building/customizing client websites based on the client’s unique needs using our powerful app.

It will be not only expected, but required that you can handle CSS, HTML and JavaScript customizations without assistance. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and directly communicating with clients.

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design work & web typography*
  • Broad knowledge of web standards, trends, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Expert skill with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (SASS is a plus)
  • In-depth understanding of common web UI issues and challenges, as well as UI best practices and emerging trends and technologies
  • Great organizational skills, and an impeccable attention to detail, consistency, and simplicity
  • Attractive communication skills (as you’ll be working directly with and managing clients)
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects concurrently under a tight schedule
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Join.me, DropBox, Google Apps)

Sales Development Representative Arrow

The Sales Development Representative will assist in the generation and development of a lead/prospect pipeline.They will assist with handling inbound marketing leads (via e-mail and phone) and respond with appropriate resources, be responsible for tracking and following up with existing leads in the pipeline, help develop new initiatives to generate leads, attend industry events, and track data, and meet monthly sales goals. Most importantly, they will love conversing with our customers and leads, and evangelizing the Twenty Over Ten brand.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up and close daily inbound leads via email and phone
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel Twenty Over Ten’s Pipeline and Growth
  • Conduct demos of Twenty Over Ten’s platform during sales calls
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates (Sales Management and Internal Marketing) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling value propositions and develop accounts
  • Outbound prospecting to financial advisory firms via email, cold calling, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Work to have 5+ touches for all leads (Call, Email) in your territory
  • Find ways to enhance Twenty Over Ten’s sales process to generate a higher quantity of quality leads and more efficient bookings of sales demos
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Twenty Over Ten’s platform and products
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot CRM
  • Hit or Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Collaborate with Senior Executive Team on developing goals and strategies for business development
  • Enjoy conducting high level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (C-Level, VP/Director) in Target Accounts
  • Possible attendance at industry events/conferences

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, B2B Sales, (preferably in the financial sector)
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment; team player
  • Cold-calling/Cold-emailing experience preferred
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Driven to meet sales goals
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
  • Passionate about technology, business, and advancing
  • Experience using CRM software/LinkedIn to manage sales leads
  • Comfortable working in a partially virtual environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning/Investment Management Industry a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 Base salary + Commission

Client Relations Manager Arrow

The Client Relations Manager will serve as a first point of contact (through our live chat app, email, and telephone line) for prospects interested in working with Twenty Over Ten as well as current clients who have questions. They will assist with handling inbound sales leads (via e-mail and phone) and connect those leads with the appropriate sales team members. This position will also be the first line of contact for existing customers who have support questions, and as such they will respond with the appropriate resources, and connect customers with our technical support team as needed. This position is the glue that holds the design, marketing, and sales teams together - ensuring that all clients have a seamless transition from our marketing funnel, to our sales funnel, to our design funnel, to training and eventually going live with their new website. Most importantly, they will love conversing with our customers and leads, and evangelizing the Twenty Over Ten brand.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage team projects, client progress, assist in client acquisition.
  • Summation and delivery of reports and updates to core team and advisory board.
  • Proficiency in multitasking is essential for success, as each day requires managing a number of responsibilities for various clients and company projects.
  • Analyze prospective client questions and concerns, assignment of tasks to appropriate team members and handling service problems to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Manage all prospective and current client account opening, assignment, and closing processes, payment, and ensuring that procedures are followed correctly.
  • Maintain quality relationships with clients, remaining available to offer support during normal business hours.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment; team player
  • 2+ years as an Office Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
  • College degree preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $32,000 – $40,000 DOE
