Twenty Over Ten is one of the fastest growing software companies at the intersection of Marketing and Finance, growth that stems from capitalizing on two megatrends just coming to Financial Services today: personalized content automation and marketing elasticity.

Twenty Over Ten’s latest product brings these two trends together by pairing smart content automation and pre-written campaigns with personalized landing pages and lead generation techniques. Up until now, strict compliance limitations in the financial services industry made it near impossible to create, manage and run full digital marketing campaigns without hiring an entire team of people to manage the work. Our revolutionary marketing platform is finally changing this.

Fueled by a growing number of large customers in financial services, our already-established successful website product and compliance engine, and the launch of our new marketing platform, Twenty Over Ten is expanding quickly and we are looking to hire a Director of Sales to lead or team into our next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization.

This individual will be in a key client-facing role and will take ownership of all revenue generation for the entire company: building, managing and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses
  • Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
  • Contact potential prospects from personally-generated research to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution
  • Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing SDR’s, Customer Success Reps, and Account Executives as the company grows
  • Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Collaborate with internal product development teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/ software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer)
  • Experience with inside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
  • Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives in financial services space
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients
  • Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups)
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed


  • Remote allowed with expectation to travel to home office once a month
  • State College, PA


  • Salary: $80-100k + commission
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with flexible schedule
