Sales Development Representative Arrow

Join the most dynamic sales team in Fintech and help scale Twenty Over Ten's sales organization.

Overview

This role is focused on early stage client engagement and outreach, with many opportunities for growth as the company expands.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and qualifying business prospects. Using your unique personality and grit, you will target and qualify leads to increase the pipeline of potential customers. As one of the first SDRs, you will help implement scalable processes.

This role will lay the foundation for your future success at Twenty Over Ten. As a pioneer in our first generation SDR role you will be able to help lay the foundation for future SDR’s as well as gain the experience and knowledge to advance your career in future roles as we quickly expanded our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading introductory sales calls and assisting our full cycle sales reps by scheduling meetings/presentations prospects
  • Leverage multiple outreach methods (email, social media, cold call) to engage and build out the top of the sales funnel
  • Proactively target and qualify potential clients
  • Qualify inbound leads based on criteria and manage the inbound lead process
  • Serve as an expert on Twenty Over Ten products, educating prospects on the value of and developing them into sales-ready opportunities
  • Maintain and track all prospective account updates and progress through Outreach
  • Achieve daily activity quota for the number of calls and emails to prospective customers
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and pipeline goals that our sales team can convert into qualified opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Experience prospecting, networking and/or new business development
  • Desire to join a fast-paced inside sales team
  • Coachable and competitive spirit
  • Hunter mentality, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Top-notch organizational and follow up skills
  • You are a strong communicator- both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience on an inside sales or business development team
  • Familiar with Sales engagement tools (Outreach preferred), Linkedin, Google Sheets, and lead generation tools
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms and channels - Google, Bing, Amazon, Facebook, etc.
