Client Relations Manager Arrow

Serve as a first point of contact for prospects as well as current clients who have questions. You will be the glue that holds the design, marketing, and sales teams together!

The Client Relations Manager will serve as a first point of contact (through our live chat app, email, and telephone line) for prospects interested in working with Twenty Over Ten as well as current clients who have questions. They will assist with handling inbound sales leads (via e-mail and phone) and connect those leads with the appropriate sales team members. This position will also be the first line of contact for existing customers who have support questions, and as such they will respond with the appropriate resources, and connect customers with our technical support team as needed. This position is the glue that holds the design, marketing, and sales teams together - ensuring that all clients have a seamless transition from our marketing funnel, to our sales funnel, to our design funnel, to training and eventually going live with their new website. Most importantly, they will love conversing with our customers and leads, and evangelizing the Twenty Over Ten brand.


  • Help manage team projects, client progress, assist in client acquisition.
  • Summation and delivery of reports and updates to core team and advisory board.
  • Proficiency in multitasking is essential for success, as each day requires managing a number of responsibilities for various clients and company projects.
  • Analyze prospective client questions and concerns, assignment of tasks to appropriate team members and handling service problems to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Manage all prospective and current client account opening, assignment, and closing processes, payment, and ensuring that procedures are followed correctly.
  • Maintain quality relationships with clients, remaining available to offer support during normal business hours.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment; team player
  • 2+ years as an Office Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
  • College degree preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $32,000 – $40,000 DOE
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with flexible schedule
  • 3 weeks vacation
  • Flexible work environment
